I had a really good value stay at this hotel in Sandakan. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail. The staff were very friendly and the service was efficient. The rooms were spacious, with a flat screen TV which swivels between both the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was queen size and had lovely soft pillows. The breakfast at LJ's grill was delicious.
All was fine during my stay.

This is a very new hotel so all the facilities were working and functional..The staff were very helpful and extremly friendly. Location was close to cbd and convenient to the airport. We even received individual thank you cards on our departure. Highly recommended if looking for a quiet retreat away from the sounds of traffic and commerce...
It needs future facilities for the disabled and infirm.as no lift or ramp were available..

the hotel was conveniently close to the airport, which was a plus. the room was comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom, and the staff provided good service and a decent breakfast. the hotel also had free and fast Wi-Fi and a few useful facilities available.
The noise from the nearby pub/bar played loudly all night long, and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the disruptive sound.

Loved how convenient the hotel was to local transportation and key attractions! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even recommended a few local restaurants that turned out to be amazing. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.
The noise level was pretty high at night due to the karaoke lounge and other bars nearby. This was a bit of a downside for light sleepers like myself.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV that swivels between the bed and the attached bathroom.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport in Sandakan. Best aspects were the friendly staff and easy check-in. The room had a nice bed and table for work. The toilet was excellent compared to the hotel outlook.
The worst aspect was ants in the room.
